Lance Phelps takes seat five on Tecumseh School Board

  • Lance Phelps is sworn in to the Ward Five Seat of the Tecumseh School Board at the April 14 meeting by Board President Iva Bingham. Also at the meeting, Seat Four was officially declared vacant.     To begin the meeting, Tecumseh Alum, Lance Phelps, was sworn in as the board member for Ward 5.
