Ralph Leon Taylor passed away April 21, 2025. Ralph was born on May 21, 1931, to Francis Z. Taylor and Sarah Myrtle (Taylor) Taylor in Chandler, OK. He attended Osage School. In 1952 he was drafted into the United States Army. He reached the rank of corporal before his discharge in 1954.

On Sept. 12, 1953, while home on leave, he married Agnes Belcher at the First Baptist Church, Chandler, OK. After being discharged from the Army, Ralph began his career in manufacturing. He retired in 1992 from TDK Ferrites where he was a maintenance supervisor.

Preceding Ralph in death were his parents; brothers: Carl, Bill, Wesley and Earl; sisters, Ruth and Lucy; and daughter, Pamela Sue Taylor Young.

Surviving are his wife of 71 years, Agnes Belcher Taylor, of the home; daughters: Joy (Gary) Bickers of Tecumseh, Kathi (Steve) Smith of Duke, Jenni (Alton) Brown of Shawnee, and Robin (Josh) Shatto of Maud; grandchildren: Andy Peters, Matt (Faith) Norton, Trey (Haley) Lewis, Kerra (Nic) Conner, Megan Taylor, Brandon (Shevalia) Brown, Amber Brown, Alexia Brown, Eli Shatto and Adam Shatto; 15 great-grandchildren; brother, Clyde Taylor of Shawnee and sister, Marie (Don) Miller of Shawnee; and numerous nieces and nephews and a host of friends.

Services were held April 25, 2025 at First Baptist Church, 301 S. Broadway St., Tecumseh, OK 74873. Interment followed at Oak Park Cemetery in Chandler, OK.
