Weldon Ray Pendergrass passed away April 24, 2025. Ray was born to Jim and Mary Pendergrass in Nashville, TN in 1947. He graduated from Hazel Green High School in 1965 and went on to attend Lipscomb University. Ray was a Vietnam veteran who proudly served his country in the Air Force from 1967 to 1971. Ray married Carolyn Logan in 1980 in Huntsville, AL. He worked in sales until he retired in 2015 and received numerous awards during his career.
Ray is survived by his wife; his sons: Patrick (Rhonda), Howard (Sandi), and Kevin (Bethany); his grandchildren: Ethan and Haley (Marcus); his great-grandchildren: Trent, Easton, and Corbin; his brother Bill; and his nieces: Brooke (Bryan) and Olivia.
Ray was preceded in death by his parents, and his daughter, Kimberly.
Services were held April 30th at the Northridge Church of Christ in Shawnee, OK with Paul Fletcher officiating.
