Stephen Ernest Cash passed away April 19, 2025. Stephen was born on Aug. 27, 1954. A proud veteran, he served in the United States Air Force as a Technical Sergeant in Medical Services, dedicating 20 years of his life to protecting and caring for others. After his military retirement, Stephen made a significant impact as a surgical tech, where his skills and experience continued to aid those in need. He exemplified the values of dedication and service, which led him to volunteer at St. Anthony Hospital in Shawnee.
He was preceded in death by his beloved family members, including his parents, Frances Allene and George Charles Cash; brother, Ronald Cash; brother, Charles Cash; and sister, Reta Ortega.
A graveside ceremony was held on April 25, 2025 at Calvary Cemetery in Shawnee, OK.
