Andrew Scott Howard, “Scott” passed unexpectedly at his home on April 27, 2025, in Shawnee, OK. He was one month short of his 67th birthday. He graduated from Shawnee High School in 1976. Shortly after graduating from Oklahoma State University’s School of business, he was hired to assist and support the owners of Loe’s Highport, in managing their diverse portfolio of restaurants, bars, luxury boats and a busy marina on Lake Texhoma. He was licensed and occasionally commandeered large recreational boats through the intercoastal waterways of America.
Scott was pre-deceased by his parents, Chapin and Betty Howard and his brother Mike.
Survivors include his two sisters, Suzie and Terisa, and four nephews, all of CO. He was especially close to his male cousins living throughout our country often referring to them as brothers. His friends were like family and his family were his friends.
We will be celebrating Scott’s Life, “Celebration of Life”, on June 21, 2025 at the FireLake Clubhouse- Upper Ballroom, Shawnee, OK from 4:00 – 6:00. In lieu of flowers, please donate to MomandMitchell.org
