  • Russel Ramsey of Macomb hands a rooster to Derrell Fowler of Tecumseh so he can perform a blood test for pullorum disease during the Pottawatomie County Free Fair on Sept. 4. Every chicken at the fair was tested for this highly contagious disease. Fowler said he has been a state certified tester and exhibitor for about 40 years.
