Barbara Jean Hinesley passed away Thursday, July 13, 2023.
She was born July 3, 1943 to Burleigh and Eunice Belle (Rutledge) Garretson in Bakersfield, CA.
Barbara graduated with the class of 1961 from Bowlegs High School.
She worked in the meat department at Pratts for many years, later working for COJAC.
