Carl Lee Roberts passed away Sept. 1, 2024. He was born Dec. 23, 1945 in Ada, OK to Hobert Lee Francis and Dorothy Wilma (Magar) Roberts. He married Donna Sue Gunter on May 21, 1944 in Shawnee, OK. After 37 years Carl retired from Tinker AFB.
Survivors include his wife of the home, four daughters: Leann (Scott) Thomas, Dianna (Nicki) Peltier, Vickie (Brian) Bates, Tanya (David) French; nine grandchildren: Devin Crouch, Taylor Lambert, Brittany Freeman, Jeffrey Peltier, Dalton Thomas, Luke (Lorna) French, Luke Peltier, Nicki (Kelly) Peltier III and Kyle (Brandi) Peltier; greatgrandchildren: Avri Crouch and Harper Lambert with a new granddaughter on the way, Frost, Raiden, Lainey Peltier, Korbyn, Willa, Nicki IV Peltier, Levi and Lively French; two sisters: Bobbie Bridgewood and Donna Lovin; sister-in-laws: Sarah Self, and Pat Daniels; and brother-in-law B.J. Johnson. As well as a host of cousins, nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.
He was preceded in death by both his parents. Funeral services will be held Thursday, September 5, 2024 at 10 am at Walker Funeral Chapel with graveside services immediately following at Calvary Cemetery on 177.
