Donald Ray Morris, 75, of Shawnee, OK, passed away July 30th. He was born in Tulsa on Feb. 24, 1949, to Ancil and Myrtle Morris. He attended Oklahoma State University where he met and married Carma Norene Guinn on March 20, 1971. He graduated with a degree in Math and later with a degree from TU in accounting. He worked as a CPA.
He was preceded in death by his parents, brothers Richard, Melvin, and Ron Morris, and sisters Lorene Miller and Willa Mae Burgess.
He is survived by wife, Carma Morris, of the home, daughters and sons-in-law, Kim and Mike Lewis of Meeker, and Robyn and Derec Janaway of WA, brothers Roger and Ken Morris, sister Charlotte Morris, grandchildren Brandi and Justin Lewis, and Logan, Payton, and Addyson Janaway, and numerous cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends.
Services were held at Aydelotte Baptist Church on Aug. 5th with graveside services immediately following at New Hope Cemetery in Meeker.
