Jerry Laney passed away suddenly Aug. 29, 2024.
Jerry was born in Hamilton OH on February 24, 1948 to Mary and Frank Laney. Jerry married Mary Sams on Mar. 13, 1976. Jerry worked in maintenance most of his life and took pride in being a provider.
He was proceeded in death by his beloved wife; parents; two sons, David Lee Riley, and Barney Riley.
Survivors include son, Wallace Greene (Cora); two daughters, Lee Hanley (James); Beverly Helms (Gary); sister, Joan Laney Robinson, and Sheila Laney Tipton (Hershel); two brothers, Harry Laney, and Jim Laney; brother-in-law, Ronald Robinson; many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Services were held Sept. 4, 2024 at Cooper Funeral Home Chapel in Tecumseh, OK with Brother Clint officiating. Burial followed at Dale Cemetery, under the direction of Cooper Funeral Home of Tecumseh, OK.
