Judy Lynn Carroll passed away September 26, 2023. Judy was born on November 9, 1963 to Gary and Wilma (Wood) Carroll in Jacksonville, FL.
While growing up in a Navy family she spent time in Puerto Rico and Florida. They moved to Missouri when she was 15. She graduated from high school in Sullivan, Missouri. She attended college in Seminole, obtaining an Associates in Nursing. She worked for many years in the healthcare industry from coding, consulting, and eventually becoming a Registered Nurse.
After leaving nursing, Judy owned and operated E&J Auto in Shawnee.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Gary Carroll and Wilma Eschman; stepfather, Carl Eschman; and infant sister Lisa Carroll.
She is survived by her partner, Eddie Waldron; three children, Kelly (Clayton) Sexton; JJ Kitchen; and Kari Porter; four bonus children, Jacqueline Sinor; Jessica(Cord) Tucker; John Waldron; and Dakota Waldron; grandchildren: Quentin, Max, and Easton Kitchen; Reese, Brody, and Rylie Sexton; bonus grandchildren, Zander and Sybella Sinor; Izabelle, Ilysa, and Imelia Tucker; Desirae Burleson and Elijah Waldron; stepmother, Betty Carroll; her favorite Uncle, Lowell Wood; and many special friends.
