Larry Thomas Wilkins passed away March 10, 2023.
Larry was born on May 30, 1947 in Shawnee, OK to Thomas and Emma Louise Wilkins. He graduated from McLoud High School. He married Carolyn Freeman, and they had two daughters, Catherine Mae and Kimberly Renee. He later married Beverly Davis in 1974 and they had one daughter, Shandra Louise. They moved to Bethel Acres in 1983 where they lived until moving to McLoud in 2003 where he remained until his passing. Larry worked at White’s Ace Building Center, as a Floor Manager, where he retired after 22 years.
Larry was preceded in death by his wife, Beverly Wilkins, father, Thomas Wilkins, mother, Emma Louise Wilkins, brother, Edward Wilkins and granddaughter, Kassidy Wilkins.
He is survived by daughter, Kimberly Murry of Tecumseh, daughter and son-inlaw, Kathy and RJ Jones of Meeker, daughter and son-in-law, Shandra and Layne Lindley of Edmond, grandsons, Christopher Tucker of Shawnee, Kyle Koch of Shawnee, and Grayson Thomas Lindley of Edmond, great-grandchildren, Hazel Tucker of Tecumseh, Olyvia Tucker of Shawnee, Joseph Tucker of Shawnee, Kyson Wydman of Shawnee, and several in-laws, cousins, extended family and friends.
Services were held March 15, 2023 at the Walker Funeral Chapel. Larry was laid to rest at Dale Cemetery.
