Lawrence “Larry” Grampp passed away on Mar. 5, 2025, in Shawnee, OK. He was born on May 31, 1962, in Streater, IL, to Laird Grampp and Patricia Grampp. Larry attended Streater Public Schools, and after high school, he began his career in the oil fields where he worked for most of his life. He was also an auto mechanic and worked in construction. He truly was a jackof- all-trades.
Larry was preceded in death by his parents, Laird and Patricia Grampp.
Larry is survived by his wife, Tammy Wilkinson, of the home; son, JR Grampp, of Florida; stepdaughter, Candy Herrin, of Choctaw, OK; stepson, Shane Wilkinson, of Tecumseh, OK; six grandchildren; two sisters and brothers-inlaw, Coleen and Rick Myers, of Streater, IL, and Denise and Wayne Blough, of Indiana, IL; one brother, Lester Grampp, of IL; two special nephews, Jimmy and Leland; several other extended family members and a host of friends.
A celebration of Larry’s life will be held April 11, 2025, 2:00 pm, at AE Funeral Services Chapel, 603 W. Independence St., Shawnee, OK 74804.
