Patricia Elaine “Pat” Hargus passed away March 27, 2024.
Pat was born June 3, 1944 in Okmulgee, OK to Hubert Wilton and Ines (Vieux) Silas.
Pat attended school in St. Louis, OK. She married Ronnie Keith Hargus on December 22, 1965. She was proud to be an elder in the Citizen Potawatomi Nation.. She was a homemaker most of her life. She was a talented cook, and in her younger days she decorated cakes and baked pies.
She is preceded in death by her parents; her son, Logan Hargus; her siblings, Kenneth Ray Silas, Marieldean “Dean” Laxton, Carol Wilton Silas, and Connie Darlene Wood.
Survivors include; Husband, Ronnie Keith Hargus of the home; her son, Tyler Hargus; her daughter, LaDonna Holt; her granddaughter, Sara Holt; her brother, Roy Silas; her two sisters, Sue Milburn, and Delta Silas, and numerous nieces and nephews and other relatives and friends.
A Celebration of Pat’s life will be held at a later date. Cremation arrangements by Cooper Funeral Home of Tecumseh.
