Rosela was born February 6, 1960 in Pawnee, OK to Bill Foreman and Patty (Botone) Kaubin. She attended Bethel and Shawnee schools. She married Aaron F. Wilson on May 1, 1977 in Shawnee. After high school, Rosela attended Gordon Cooper Technology Center and received an accounting award. Rosela was a seamstress by trade, working for Round House and Wrangler for over 20 years combined. Additionally, she was a skilled bead worker and gardener. As an enrolled member of the Kiowa Tribe and a descendant of the Absentee Shawnee, Sac and Fox Nation, Onieda, and Blackfeet tribes, Rosela embraced her history and culture.

Rosela was preceded in death by her parents: Bill Foreman, Patricia Kaubin and Chan Kaubin, paternal grandparents, Delphine Brown-Foreman and Leonard Foreman; maternal, grandparents Florence Kittson and Delos Knowles Lonewolf-Botone, siblings, Kenneth “Cowboy” Foreman and Billie Foreman, in addition to her grandchildren Riley and Zachary Brooks.

Survivors include her husband Aaron Wilson of the home, children: Ramona Brooks and husband Shane, Anthony Wilson and wife Stephanie, Justin Wilson and wife Kristen, and Ethan Wilson, all of Shawnee, grandchildren: Ali Wilson-Keener and husband Zachary, Braden Clutter and wife Kirsten, Scottlyn Wilson all of Shawnee, Payden Clutter and wife Ashley of Ada, David Wilson, Aaron Wilson, Mya Wilson, Lynli Wilson Emerson Wilson, all of Shawnee; great grandchildren: Kaiya Clutter, Jameson Dean Wilson-Keener, Arlo Wilson-Keener, Willow Clutter all of Shawnee, and Raylee Clutter of Ada.

Services were held April 3, 2025, at the Shawnee 1st Indian Baptist Church. Following the ceremony, Rosela was laid to rest at Johnson Cemetery northeast of Shawnee.
