Sally Ann Chlouber passed away on Mar. 6, 2025. Sally was born on Oct. 16, 1935, to Arch Bryan Barrett and Ramona Helen Odell-Barrett in Earlsboro, OK. She attended Harjo School, where she met Elmer Gene Stark. They were married on Sep. 5, 1954 in Earlsboro, OK. Gene passed away at the age of 27. This left Sally as a young widow with a 1-year-old son. Sally was the bookkeeper of Shawnee’s Patterson Roofing and Data Bank for many years. She married her second husband, Tom Straughan in 1968. They divorced in 1983. Sally met Don Chlouber and the two were married on Sept. 1, 1989, in Las Vegas, NV. Sally worked with Don at Chlouber Tire.
Sally was preceded in death by her parents, sister Ramona Bradley, niece Helen Freeman, and beloved husbands, Gene Stark who passed Nov. 12, 1962, and Don Chlouber who passed on Aug. 15, 2012.
Sally is survived by her sister Mary Willard of Midland, TX, one son Randy Stark and his wife, Katy Stark, of Guthrie, OK, three grandchildren: Barrett Stark and his wife Bethany and their daughter Sutton; Gabriel Stark and his wife Ariana; and Blaze Stark; and step-sons: Dean and his wife Jeanne Wall of Edmond, OK, Gary Chlouber of Marysville, TN, and Chris Chlouber, of Jones, OK; brother-in-law and sister-in-law, Kenneth and Pat Chlouber, of Leadville, CO; as well as nieces Angela Claypool and her husband Chris and their family of Houston, TX, and Linda Baum and her husband Tim, of Midland, TX; Daughterin- laws Leigh Anne Langley of Oklahoma City and Amy King of TN, and multiple grandchildren.
