Tony Allen Kidwell, Sr., aka “The Colonel,” passed away Mar. 7, 2025, in Oklahoma City. He was born in Oklahoma City on Mar. 19, 1957, to Avis and Iva (Jordan) Kidwell, but was a lifelong resident of Tecumseh, OK. Tony owned and operated Tony Kidwell’s Truck and Tractor Service.
Tony is preceded in death by his parents; wife, Julie Kidwell; and brother, Brad Kidwell.
Tony is survived by his wife, LaDonna Kidwell, of the home; daughter and son-in-law, Jaylin and William Wiens, of Tecumseh; son and daughterin- law, Tony “Allen” Jr. and Jennifer Kidwell, of Pink; stepchildren and spouses: Ashley Koster, Andrea and Mathew Kenney, Andrew and Kelcey Wilson, and Alyssa and Bobby Humphrey; grandchildren: Eli and wife, Jacee, Kidwell, Riley Kidwell, Kyndal Kidwell, Jaylah Nail, Austin Koster, Andy Wilson, Kaden Wilson, Braelyn Humphrey, Brisol Humphrey, Brynlie Humphrey, and Daniel Kenney (who is expected to arrive in June); great grandchildren: Rain Elizabeth Kidwell, Maya Jo Harper Kidwell, and Raceton Keith Allen Kidwell; brother and sister-in-law, Joe and Brenda Gage, of Tecumseh; nephews, Rick and Rusty Gage and BJ Kidwell; niece, Tammy Kidwell; many other family members and a host of friends.

A celebration of Tony’s life will be held Mar. 21, 2025, 5:30 p.m., at Bethel Acres Assembly of God Church, 18509 Bethel Rd., Bethel Acres, OK 74801.
