One swing sealed a championship — and it came from the bat of senior Heartly Snyder.
Her solo home run in the bottom of the eighth sent the Dale Lady Pirates pouring out of the dugout, celebrating a thrilling 12-11 win over Pocola in the Class 4A Slowpitch State Championship on Thursday, May 8, at FireLake Ballfields.
