At just 12 years old, Dale sixth-grader Colleen Williams has set the bar and passed it a few times. That is, she has set the weightlifting bar and broken several records.
Williams trains in powerlifting four days a week at Crain’s Muscle World Ltd., in Shawnee, and competes through the United States Powerlifting Federation (USPF).
