In the last few years, Maud’s softball teams have gone from nonexistent to cut short, and recently, rebounding to the State Tournament.
According to the OSSAA website, Maud ended their 2020 spring slowpitch season because of the pandemic lock-down, with the last game on March 12. Then, in fall fastpitch that year, their final game was on Sept. 3, due to lack of players.
