Savages win three close games, Crown Stallin

    The Savage basketball squad has had trouble winning close games this season and finally got two this week, one on the road and another at home.

    Tecumseh went on the road to 15th-ranked McLoud last week. The team started slow, falling behind, 18-11, in the first quarter and trailed, 30-22, at halftime. The Savages came alive in the third quarter as they doubled up the Redskins, 18-9, and Tecumseh to…
