Current Lady Wolves Coach, Wendi Wells defies the norm and gets inducted into the SHS Hall of Fame while still coaching her girls. Coach Wells came to Shawnee 16 Seasons ago. In 2012, she led the Lady Wolves to a State Championship Victory and impressive 29-0 record. Several former players came home to support her induction during the half time festivities on Jan. 26. 1966 graduate, Stanley “Too Tall” Jones was inducted into the SHS Hall of Fame on Jan. 26. In his senior year, towering over his opponents at 6’8”, number 55 led the Wolves in scoring, rebounding and block shots.
