Shawnee senior Daley Rice scored her 1000th point on Jan. 25 during Shawnee’s Invitational. Rice has played all of her high school ball with Shawnee.
When asked when she started playing basketball and why she loves the sport, she said, “I started playing basketball when I was in the first grade, and what I love about it is I get to make new friends along the way.”
