  • The high school boys begin their race during the North Canadian River Conference Cross Country Meet, held at Tecumseh High School on Sept. 16. The teams included Bethel, Harrah, Mount St. Mary, McLoud, North Rock Creek, Jones and Tecumseh. The top three teams were Jones, North Rock Creek, and McLoud. There were 67 high school boys total, and Harrah senior Tate Monden placed first with a time of 16:52.56, followed by NRC senior Raiden Simmons in second with 17:44.96.

    Tecumseh Cross Country is off and running and bringing home some hardware from the results at the Konawa Meet.The Cross Country Savages’ Brody Tench came in second place with a time of 11:50 while Eli Dean was fourth in 11:55 and Daniel Foemanski was fifth in 12:09. Jett Jeffcoat was in 15th at 13:53, and Chase Stone was 19th in 14:24. The guy's side runs a 2-mile course.On the ...
