Lady Savages Take Four Wins, Lose To Bethel

Last week for the Lady Savages was hectic but successful right up until they ran into the Bethel Lady Wildcats in the First United Bank Tournament Championship game on Saturday.
The McLoud Redskins pose with their coaches after a harrowing final game against Prague, which brought them up to one point in the lead in the last minute, only to lose by one point, 63-64, when the Red Devils scored in the last seconds. During Bethel’s First United Basketball Classic, held at FireLake Arena, Dec. 8-10, McLoud beat Byng, 66-61, and Perkins-Tryon, in overtime, 60-59, before becoming the runners-up for the boys.
