Wanda Mae Voss passed away Feb. 24, 2026.
She was born Dec. 31, 1938, in Terrell, OK to Henry Louis and Omie Bell (Brashears) Locke. She was raised in Loop, Texas. She married Jackie “Don” Voss on Jan. 18, 1957, in Wichita Falls, TX at Shepard Air Force Base. Wanda lived most of her life in McLoud where she worked for McLoud public schools as a cafeteria supervisor, before retiring after over 20 years of service.
She is preceded in death by her parents; husband; her grandson, Kenneth Voss; and her brothers, Rayford Locke and Alfred Combs.
Those left to cherish her memory are her children: Treasa, Beckie, Mickie, and Gerald; 13 grandchildren; 27 great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild, and numerous other family and friends.
Services were held Feb. 27, 2026, at McLoud First Assembly of God Church, McLoud, OK with Reverend Danny and Michelle Webb officiating. Burial followed at Dale Cemetery under the direction of Cooper Funeral Home of Tecumseh.
