Wanda June Anderson passed away on Mar. 30, 2026. She was born on June 30, 1936, in McLoud, OK, to Gus and Irene Hodde. Wanda married Virgil Anderson on Nov. 21, 1953.
She was preceded in death by her husband; her parents; her son, Ron Anderson; her sisters, Jean Heath and LaDonna Ellis; her son-in-law, Butch Stanley; her stepbrother, Floyd McCoy; her grandchild, Nickie Anderson; and her great-grandchild, Tinley Anderson.
Wanda leaves behind a large and loving family who will cherish her memory: her children, Molly (Sissy) Stanley; Keith and Diana Anderson; Larry and Robin Anderson; Gary and Sandra Anderson; and Troy and Rachael Anderson; her daughter-in-law, Gina Anderson; her brother, Robert and Debbie Hodde; 20 grandchildren; 49 great-grandchildren; and 13 great-great-grandchildren, along with many nieces, nephews, and extended family members.
A public viewing will be held on April 1, 2026, from 3 pm to 6 pm, and on April 2, 2026, from 9am to 6 pm. A graveside service will be held on April 3, 2026, at 11 am at Dale Cemetery. Arrangements are under the care of Walker Funeral & Cremation Service.
