Frances Elaine Shatto passed away on May 7, 2026.
Elaine was born and raised in the Durant area. During her senior year in high school she met Bobby Shatto and married him on Friday the 13th of Feb. 1981. Elaine worked many years as a Nutrition Manager for Pleasant Grove Schools and the First Christian Church of Shawnee and she retired from CTSA after 20 plus years of service.
Elaine is survived by her husband of 45 years Bobby Shatto of the home; daughter Kelli Shatto of Asher; sons and daughter-in-laws Bobby Joshua and wife Robin Shatto of Maud, Terry and wife Karolina Shatto of Chickasha; grandchildren: Eli, Adam, and Lauren; mother Fran Gatlin of Durant; brother and sister-in-law, Jimmie and Marilyn Gatlin of Durant; and many other extended family and friends.
Elaine is preceded in death by her Dad Wayne Gatlin.
Elaine's Celebration of Life was held May 14, 2026, at Tecumseh First Baptist Church. Burial followed at Tecumseh Cemetery.
