Honnah Myers passed away on June 30, 2026. She was born in Sparks, OK, on April 24, 1939. She graduated from Shawnee High School, married her sweetheart, John, and they shared a wonderful life for 62 years. Throughout her life, Honnah worked in retail sales, customer service, as a barber alongside her husband John and daughter Darla, and as a secretary.
Honnah is survived by her daughter Darla Courtney and her husband Steve; her son, Dale, and his wife Dana; grandkids: Krista Farris, and her husband Dustin; Monica Myers, and her wife TJ; Zac Myers; and Zane Myers and his wife, Mahlon; great-grandchildren: Cierra and Adyson Farris, Cadance King and her fiancé Travis Wells, and Dax Williams, and Boone Myers; and great-great-grandchildren Eleanore King and Archer Wells.
Love of family is the common thread and cornerstone of the legacy Honnah leaves behind— one that will endure far beyond her lifetime. Family and friends can honor her legacy at a come and go celebration from 2 – 4 pm on July 23 at One Church in Tecumseh, OK.
