Terri Lynn Nail passed away July 15, 2026. She was born on Oct. 7, 1958. Terri married Thomas Ray Nail on July 25, 1976. She accepted the call to preach early on and shared the gospel of Jesus Christ for nearly 50 years and was the Pastor of Tecumseh Holiness Church in Tecumseh, OK. To many in her hometown of Tecumseh, Terri was known as the Snow-cone lady, to others their babysitter, teacher, foster mom, drama teacher, chaplain and mentor. To her girls she was their very best friend and first superhero. To her grandchildren she was their Naamanee, mommy whisperer, chicken nugget retriever and ice cream bandit after church each week.
She was proceeded in death by her parents James and Faye McCalip, sister Rená Jett, niece Tammy Baker, nephew Kerry Carter and grand babies whom she will be the first to greet.
She is survived by her husband, Thomas Nail of the home, daughter TaRena Reece of Tecumseh, daughter Tasha Alves and son-in-love Josinei of Earlsboro, grandchildren Jaden Reece, Rhalyn Alves, Rhyan Alves, Nicholas Alves and MaKhyla Alves, sister Sheila Baker and Donald of Harrah, OK, sister Ramona Jett of Shawnee, OK and sister Pam Carter of Shawnee, OK and a host of nieces and nephews all of whom she loved the mostest.
Services were held July 18, 2026 at Cooper Funeral Home Chapel with Reverend Carl Parson officiating. Burial followed at Brown Cemetery.
