Keith Anthony (Tony) Hawkins, 61, of Tecumseh, died Oct. 22, 2021, in Shawnee.
Tony was born in Shawnee, OK, March 9, 1960, to Richard and Sue (Boyd) Hawkins.
Tony graduated from Shawnee High School, served in the United States Navy, was a police officer in Shawnee and Okemah and he was a deputy sheriff in Okfuskee County. Tony was also self-employed for several years and raised cattle.
Tony married his wife, Donna, Jan. 2, 1985, in Miami, OK.
Tony was preceded in death by his father, Richard Hawkins Sr; and his grandparents, O.E. and Thelma Boyd and Lee and Avis Hawkins; and aunt, Annie Laurie Boyd.
Tony is survived by his wife, Donna Jean Hawkins; brother, Rick Hawkins of Tecumseh; mother, Sue Boyd of Shawnee; son, Austin and Kyra Hawkins of Tecumseh and Jimmy and Gena Rice of Prague; four grandchildren and a host of family and friends.
Per Tony’s request, there will be no services. Memorial donations in lieu of flowers can be made to Shawnee Compassion Fund, a part of the SSM St. Anthony Health Foundation.
