Warren “Kevin” Stone, 64, of Shawnee, died Oct. 31, 2021.
Born August 21, 1957, in Shawnee, OK, Kevin was the youngest of his parents Loraine (Long) Stone and Warren Stone’s five children.
Kevin was a talented mechanic and worked this profession for over 40 years. He loved building hotrods, watching NASCAR and Motocross, reading hot rod magazines and going to the drag strip with his grandson Hunter and buddy Jon.
He was preceded in death by his beloved wife of 42 years, Susan Stone, his parents Loraine Long Stone and Warren Stone and a brother Ronald Stone. He is survived by his two daughters Melissa (Stone) Hilderbrand and husband Brock, Angela (Stone) Smith and husband Chuck; five grandchildren, Hunter Bennett, Madison Bennett, Myleigh Hilderbrand, Charlie Smith and Cindy Smith; three brothers Jerry Holand, Danny Stone and Jan Sone; a bonus brother, Robert Nolan; five sisters, Sherry Null, Shelia Gardner, Denise Neese, Donna Parmer and Tina Voss; and other family members and friends.
Kevin will be buried with his wife Susan at Bryants Cove cemetery in Casa Arkansas at Noon, Nov. 6, 2021. It will be a small graveside service. In lieu of flowers donations can be made at http://everloved.com/warren-stone/donate/. All donations will be divided between Kevin’s five grandchildren.
