W G “Poochie” Wade, 84, Tecumseh, OK, died Nov. 4, 2021, in Shawnee.
He was born August 11, 1937, to Ebert and Opal (Capps) Wade in Wetumka, OK.
Poochie was raised in Tecumseh and attended Tecumseh Public Schools. He lived most of his life in the Tecumseh area.
He proudly served his country in the U.S. Navy.
Poochie married Tiny White in 2008 in Tecumseh, OK.
He worked in the masonry field as a concrete mixer for many years. Poochie enjoyed mowing lawns and yard work.
He was preceded in death by his parents; brother, Gary Wade; and sister, Joyce Lloyd.
Survivors include his wife, Tiny McFatridge of Tecumseh, OK; and one brother and sister-in-law, Kenneth and Eldena Wade of Shawnee, OK; many nieces and nephews; and other extended family and friends.
Memorial Service will be 2 pm, Nov. 20, 2021, at Cooper Funeral Home Chapel, with Reverend Joe Taylor officiating, under the direction of Cooper Funeral Home of Tecumseh.
