Leslie Kaye Martin died Dec. 28, 2021.
Leslie was born Sept. 21, 1965, in Tripoli, Libya, Africa. She graduated from Tecumseh High School in 1983. She was married to Randy Martin on Dec. 17, 1983. Leslie graduated from East Central University in Ada, OK, with a master’s degree in Human Resources.
Leslie spent more than 25 years as an HR Director in various healthcare organizations in Oklahoma. For the past 11 years she was proud to teach a class at the University of Oklahoma.
She and her husband and son joined First Christian Church in Ada, OK, in January 1990, where she enjoyed teaching bible study and singing in the choir. She served in many roles in Ada and Mustang Christian Church until her passing.
She was preceded in death by her father Herbert L Holton.
She is survived by her husband, Randy; her son, Chase; and her daughter-in-law, Jen; mother, Patricia Holton; sisters Laure Holton, Tawana Holton, and Tera Holton; nieces, Paige, Gabriella, and Caroline; and nephews Andrew, Jack, and Luke.
Service was Jan. 3, 2021, at Mustang Christian Church, 1313 W. Hwy 152, Mustang, OK, with Reverend Colton Lott and Reverend Vicki Nix officiating. Burial followed at Tecumseh Cemetery under the direction of Cooper Funeral Home of Tecumseh.
