Robert was born April 9, 1945, in Tulia, TX, to Dalphus Arlander and Mary Allene (Elam) Dawson.
Memorial services were Feb. 7, 2022, at Immanuel Baptist Church with Scott Schooler officiating. Burial was in Resthaven Memorial Park Cemetery.
