He was born March 29, 1943, in Okemah, OK, to Marvin and Commazelle Marie Wilbourn.
Services were held at Walker Funeral Home, Feb. 8, 2022, with Pastor Guy Cagle officiating. Burial followed at Johnson Cemetery in Shawnee, OK.
