Rose Marie Blackwell passed away August 2, 2022.
Rose was born on March 27, 1934 to Rachel (Fleming) Cress and Paul Cress.
She and her husband settled into their home in Bethel Acres, OK that the family built together in 1979 and stood strong until the May 19, 2013 tornado. Rose Marie was present inside and survived without any injury.
She was preceded in death by her husband Kenneth along with her mother, father, brother Ray Fleming, sister Wilma Fleming, and Delores “Deedee” Fleming. Left to cherish her memory are her four children: Lisa Blackwell Kerley, Douglas Blackwell, Keith Blackwell, and Suzanne Blackwell; her grandchildren Tara Blackwell, Jocelyn Blackwell West, Kenneth Caleb Blackwell Kerley, Aidan Blackwell Kerley, great granddaughter Molly West, brother Leon Fleming, and all her loving extended family.
Services will be held at 10:00 am, Thursday, August 11, 2022 at Resthaven Funeral Home.
