Merrill Dean Mc-Bride, Jr. passed away on September 25, 2022.
Dean was born on June 26, 1955 in El Paso, TX to his parents, Merrill and Mary Ann McBride. As an Army veteran himself, Dean worked at the American Legion to help other vets in need. Dean was preceded in death by his mom, Mary Ann and sister, Marlene Clearly. Dean is survived by his wife, Terrie McBride, daughter, Cindy Evans, son, Chris McBride, three grandsons, his father, Merrill Sr., his baby sister, Marilyn Newton and husband Daryl, their children, Ashley, Shelbye, and Connor, Marylin & Daryl’s four grandchildren, Tara Shoemaker and husband Jeff and their two children, Ashley and Aaron, as well as their two grand babies.
Dean will be available for viewing at Walker Funeral & Cremation Service on Thursday, September 29th from 9am-6pm with family present to greet friends from 4-6pm. A funeral ceremony for Dean will be held on Friday, September 30, 2022, at 10:00 am at the Walker Funeral Chapel. Following the ceremony, he will be laid to rest with military honors at Fairview Cemetery.
