Jimmy D. Murdock passed away on December 10, 2022.
Jimmy was born on December 15, 1939 in Pottawatomie County, OK to his parents, James and Ella Murdock. Jimmy was preceded in death by brothers, James Edward Murdock, Charles Murdock, and Freddie Murdock, sisters, Wanda, Betty (B. J.), Carolyn, and JoAnne, several nieces and nephews, sons, Jimmie Dewayne, Jr. and Freddie H. Murdock, great-granddaughter, Jamie D. Murdock.
Survivors include his wife, Retha Murdock, children, Charles Nelson Murdock and wife Jodie of Shawnee, sisters, Katherine Murdock of Shawnee and Sue Murdock of McLoud, grandchildren, James, Heather, Mike, Chelsea, and Mercedes, nine greatgrandchildren, and his dogs that he loved.
A funeral ceremony will be held at the Walker Funeral Chapel on Thursday, December 15, 2022 at 10:00 am.
