Jewel Jones passed away Sept. 10, 2025. Jewel was born to Leora Green Webber and William Webber on July 5, 1931, in Hotulka, OK. She grew up in Hotulka, OK, and attended school there and in Shawnee, at Dunbar High School.
She married Calvin Jones III in Shawnee on Oct 27, 1947. From this union four children were born: Calvin Jones IV, Loretta Jones Maxie, Bobby Ray Jones, and Victor Keith Jones of Shawnee, Oklahoma.
Jewel worked at Westinghouse and then at Wolverine until her retirement.
She leaves to mourn her passing her son Victor, several grandchildren, nieces and nephews, and many loving friends.
Jewel is preceded in death by her parents, her husband Calvin III, her son Calvin IV, her daughter Loretta, her son Bobby, her grandson Vincent Keith Jones, and her two brothers and three sisters.
Services were held Sept. 17, 2025, at Walker Funeral Chapel. Burial followed at Earlsboro Cemetery.
