Jo Ann Garrison, age 86, passed away Jan. 21, 2026. She was born on Oct. 27, 1939, in Stephens, AR, to Eugene Walter Dixon and Leah Smelser Dixon. She graduated from Magnolia High School in Magnolia, Arkansas in 1957. On April 1, 1958, she married Marvin Dewey Garrison.
She worked as a floral designer and hospital housekeeper.
She leaves behind sons; Maurice Wayne Garrison and Michael Lorne Garrison; grandchildren John Hollon, Michael Garrison, Chris Garrison, Jeff Garrison, Enrique Valencia, Alexander Valencia, and Jesiree Valencia, and her 13 great-grandchildren.
Services were held Jan. 27, 2026.
