Ashley Greene passed away on July 25, 2026. Ashley was born on April 10, 1987, in Oklahoma City, OK, to Darin Greene Sr. and Teresa Ford. Ashley graduated from Dale High School and received her associates degree from Seminole State College. She went on to earn her bachelor’s degree from Oklahoma Christian University in Edmond. She then fulfilled her lifelong dream of becoming a Special Education Teacher.
She enjoyed participating in pageants, notably participating in Miss Black Oklahoma. She was also very proud of being crowned Homecoming Queen while attending Seminole State College.
Ashley is survived by her son Jonathan Greene-Grant of FL; parents Darin Greene Sr. and Robin Wiley-Greene of Shawnee, and Teresa Ford of Oklahoma City, brother and sister-in-law Darin Greene Jr. and Cady Sleeper of Shawnee, brother and sister-in-law, Landon and Taylor Greene, of Stillwater; sister, Albennie Ford, of Oklahoma City; brother Kai Tharpe of NV, grandparents; and many numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews that meant the whole world to her.
There will be a Celebration of Life for Ashley on Aug. 8, 2026, at 10 am at FaithCo Church located at 13116 US-177, Shawnee, OK, 74804.
