Barbara “Ann” Flewallen passed away on September 8, 2022.
She was born September 15, 1940 to Virgie Anna Alexander Baber and Leslie Baber in Dale, OK.
Ann graduated from McLoud High School in 1958. She married George Flewallen, in 1959. Ann commuted to Oklahoma City working at General Electric, Honeywell, Magnetic Peripherals, and retired from BancTec with over 30 years. After retirement, she worked for two years at Dale School.
Ann is preceded in death by her parents and sister, Retha Jenkins.
She is survived by her husband, George of 62 years; daughter, Terrie Griffith and husband Paul; son, Jimmy Flewallen and wife Raeshel; son, Troy Flewallen and wife Michaela; grandchildren Daniel Griffith and wife Heather; Melissa Griffith; Ty Flewallen and wife Maciee; Jace Flewallen and wife Jayden; Jaelin Flewallen; Nicholas Flewallen; and Lauryn Flewallen; great-grandchildren Brooke, Carter, and Zoe Griffith; Mia Flewallen; sisters Sue Carsten and Gail Hatfield; brother Billy Baber.
Services were held September 12, 2022 at Walker Funeral Chapel with Russell Currie officiating. Burial followed at Dale Cemetery.
