Betty Lou Moore, 61, a resident of Shawnee, died Thursday, March 10, 2022, in Shawnee.
Betty was born Aug. 11, 1960, in Wichita Falls, TX, to Reinaldo Sapata and Celia Subia Sapata. Betty grew up in
Betty grew up in Wichita Falls, TX. She married Michael F Moore Sr, on Sept. 28, 1991, in Reno, NV. She worked as a boutique manager for Lecce in Shawnee Mall for approximately 11 years. She was an active member of Life Church of Shawnee.
Betty is preceded in death by her mother and her father and her grandparents. She was also preceded in death by two brothers, Longino Sapata and Orlando Sapata.
She is survived by her husband of 30 years, Michael Moore Sr; four daughters, Stephanie Lowe and husband Randy, Stormi Head Roller, Selinda Tosh and husband Michael, and Bobbi Ann Moore, all of Shawnee; three sons, Stephen Head, Michael Moore Jr and wife Caycee, and William Moore, all of Shawnee; four sisters, Mary Trevino and husband Samuel, Selinda Martinez and husband Pete, Veronica Chandler and husband James, and Erica Esquibel and husband Carlos, all of Wichita Falls, TX; a brother, Reinaldo Sapata Jr of Wichita Falls; 18 grandchildren; as well as numerous extended family and friends.
Funeral Services for Betty will be held 10 am, March 17, 2022, at Life Church of Shawnee. Interment will follow immediately afterwards at Resthaven Memorial Park. Arrangements have been entrusted to McElyea & Owens Funeral Group of Shawnee.
