Billy Gene Stubbs passed away September 15, 2022.
Billy was born November 22, 1947 in Shawnee, OK to Charles and Margaret (Paris) Stubbs. He served in the United States Marine Corp. and later retired from Tinker Air Force Base where he was an equipment operator.
He was preceded in death by his parents, his wife: Beverly, 2 sisters: Connie Woods and Joyce Shaw.
Surviving is his daughter: Michelle Osborn, 2 grandsons, a brother Charles Stubbs, and 2 brother-in-laws: Ron Woods and Ralph Shaw, 2 step children: Brian and Jeff Finley, 3 step grandchildren: Piper, Tate, and Taylor.
