Brenda Joy Bradley passed away June 30, 2025. She was born in Newark, NJ, on July 26, 1944, to Oliver P. Culver and Helen (Cyre) Culver. Brenda graduated from East Tipp High School in Lafayette, IN. She married William (Sonny) Best in 1960. She spent most of her working life in sales; the last 11 years, she was a Sign Shop Manager for Circuit Engineering District #4 in Pott. County. In 1981 she married James “Houston” Bradley, and they enjoyed visiting all 50 states, Mexico, Canada, and the Caribbean.
Brenda was preceded in death by her parents; brother, Oliver Culver, Jr.; and both husbands.
Brenda is survived by her sons: Mark Edmund Best, William Edmund Best, Jr., and Timothy Edward Best; five grandsons: Zac, Eric, Matthew, Johnathan and Taran Best; eight great grandchildren; other family members and a host of friends.
Services are under the direction of A &E Funeral Services.
