Cathy Sue Milner Torbett passed away on Jan. 31, 2026 She was born Sept. 1, 1950, at ACH Hospital in Shawnee, to Nella Mae Harbour and James H. Milner.
She is survived by her husband, Bill Torbett, of Shawnee; her daughters, Leslie and Gerald Blevins, of Enid, Julie Torbett, of Shawnee and Haley Torbett, of Shawnee; her sisters, Ava Milner, of Texas and Jerry Bohannon, of Shawnee; her grandchildren, Madison Blevins, Patrick Blevins, Carson Fields, Avery Fields, Griffin Fields and Carly Torbett and her fiancé, Christopher Schat; her great-grandchild, Bowie McClung; and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by both of her parents and her grandson, Taylor Torbett Blevins.
A visitation will be on Feb. 8, 2026, 1:30 pm – 6 pm, at AE Funeral Services Chapel, 603 W. Independence St., Shawnee, Oklahoma 74804. The funeral service will be on Feb. 9, 2026, 11 am, at AE Funeral Services Chapel. Interment will follow at Fairview Cemetery, Shawnee, OK.
