David Michael (Cowboy) Combs, 54, of Shawnee, OK, died Nov. 30, 2021, at St. Francis Hospital in Tulsa, OK, surrounded by his wife and step daughter.
He was born June 14, 1967, in Shawnee, OK, to Michael Warren Combs and the late Karen Ann SmithCombs. He married Karen Rae Combs June 12, 2018 in Tecumseh, Oklahoma.
Memorial service was Dec. 6, 2021, at Bethel Acres Assembly Church with Reverend Larry Townsend officiating under the direction of Cooper Funeral Home.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to any animal rescue or animal shelter.
