Jack Beringer O’Neal passed from his earthly home at 3:10am on April 21, 2022. He was a caring husband, father, papa, brother, and friend.
Jack was born Apr. 10, 1951 in Shawnee, OK to Maxine and Bill O’Neal. Spending the majority of his life in Tecumseh, OK, Jack attended Barnard Elementary, Tecumseh Jr. High, Tecumseh High School, and Seminole Junior College.
He served in the Air Force Reserves from 1969 to 1974.
Jack married his high school sweetheart, Gena, in Mena, AR on August 14, 1990.
Throughout his life Jack most loved spending time visiting and drinking coffee with his children, grandchildren, and friends. He enjoyed, fishing, watching shows and old classics and western movies, reading crime novels, and taking road trips.
Jack was preceded in death by his mother and father Maxine and Bill O’Neal, Sister Joan Moles, Aunt and Uncle Bob and Trelma O’Neal, Aunt and Uncle Rose and Walt O’Neal, and Uncle Wendall O’Neal.
He is survived by his wife Gena O’Neal of Pink, OK; brother and wife, Gary and Jackie O’Neal of BelAire, KS; son, Chad and his children Rand O’Neal and Kori O’Neal of Bethel Acres, OK; son, Scott and wife Christy O’Neal and their children Malorie Gilbert and Grant O’Neal, Malorie’s daughter, Avery Lowe of Tulsa,OK; daughter, Angela Sowder and her children Tiffany Clemence, Savanna Clemence, and Summer Sowder of Earlsboro, OK; son, Jeromy and wife Sandy Sowder and their children Alex and wife Maci Hickman, Kyle Sowder of Pink, OK; daughter and husband, Jessica and Chance Carner and their children Jacklyn Carson, Lillian Carner and Vivianne Carner of Silverdale, WA.
Graveside Services were held Apr. 26, 2022 at Highland Cemetery with Reverend Victor Cope, First Indian Baptist Church, Moore, OK officiating under the direction of Cooper Funeral Home of Tecumseh.
