Jody Thomas Taylor passed away August 9, 2022 at his home.
He was born February 19, 1964 to Robert Taylor, Sr. and Patricia (Ambeau) McMillian in Rochester, New York.
Jody attended Tulsa Public Schools, where he met and married the love of his life, Sheila McMahon in 1984.
Jody and Sheilaowned and operated J & S Maintenance for the last 20 years.
He was preceded in death by his parents; his twin brother, Thomas Michael Taylor and brothers, Robert Taylor and Wayne Taylor; and sister, Lynn Cone.
Those left to cherish his memory are his wife, Sheila Taylor of the home; 1 daughter, Amber Taylor of Tulsa, OK; 2 sons, Gary Taylor of Bad Axe, MI and David Taylor of Tecumseh, OK; 12 grandchildren; 3 brothers, George Giesman of Marion, AR, James Taylor Council Bluff, IA and Bill Taylor of Tecumseh, OK; 1 sister, Robin Vinson of Henderson, TN; and numerous nieces, nephews and other extended family and friends, including his swap family who he loved dearly.
Services were held August 16, 2022 at Cooper Funeral Home Chapel with Reverend Clint Dawkins, Sharon Baptist Church officiating under the direction of Cooper Funeral Home of Tecumseh.
